From the get go Cat was amazing. We were relocating to San Antonio from Kentucky during a pandemic and Cat made the process as simple as could be. When we came for our house hunting trip spanning 3 days, Cat emailed us an itinerary the night before with the most efficient route, she guided us in asking the right questions, and put us on houses that had met our pre-determined criteria. Each evening after we were done she sent us a recap of our day and some more information about our favorites along with the schedule for the next day. She was patient and took us back to our favorites a second time even though it wasn’t “scheduled”. She guided us through the offer process and was tremendous in the negotiations. She was there for every aspect of the process making it as stress free as buying a home can be. She came to every inspection, walkthrough, and even the closing to the extent she could with the pandemic. Since we have closed she has followed up numerous times ensuring we are happy with our purchase and asking if there is anything she can do. I am telling everyone I know that if you need a realtor in the greater San Antonio area Cat should be your choice because I can’t emphasize enough how simple this process was versus other we have gone through in the past.
