Cat was amazing in every way! She expertly guided us through the sale of our mother’s home that was lacking in modern upgrades, and in a very depressed housing market. When we finally found prospective buyers, her expertise kept the sale afloat after the inspection report listed several needed repairs and the buyers got a bit of cold feet. With her steadfast support, we even were able to follow through with our long-planned vacation right in the middle of negotiations. She made all arraignments for repair estimates and hiring of repairmen to correct discrepancies critical to the buyers. Her experience, resourcefulness, and determination got the deal done! I would recommend Cat for any home-buying or selling needs, and we plan to use her when we sell our home!

Cat was absolutely fantastic! She took a lot of time looking at our house to make recommendations of minor improvements before putting on market, ample time in staging to make it look great before Buyer showings, and kept us updated on all the feedback from buyer realtors.
